Need to change the compensation worksheet display columns alignment

Hi Team,
In the compensation worksheet display page, text and number fields are not aligned properly, the text fields like employee name, region and etc., are aligned from left, and number fields like New Salary, Annual salary Amount fields are aligned from right.
Is it possible to change the columns alignment from left, for all the columns in the worksheet display.
