Can default the source organization for internal requisition based on item available quantity

Hi All,

Can we default the source organization while creating internal requisition transfer based on item available quantity. Following is the scenario

we have below organizations

Org1, Org2, Org3, Org4 & Org5

Quantity available in below orgs

Org2 - 1 quantity, Org3 - 2 quantity, Org4 - 3 quantity and Org5 - 4 quantity

Sourcing rule for Org1 as Org2 rank 1, Org3 rank 2, Org4 rank 3 and Org5 rank 4.

we creating internal requisition for Org1 with 4 quantity as Source Organization Org2 is defaulted.

User is selecting manually another Source Org which is creating additional work. Can you help us to default org based on item quantity with any other options to solve this.
