Update user status in TCC

I am trying to update the account status (ACTIVE/INACTIVE/LOCKED) via TCC but encountered the following error:

You cannot create or update the following field: User.UserAccount,UserAccount.AccountStatus,AccountStatus.Code;

Here is the sample script that I used in updating LastName and Account Status. The last name can be updated but the Account Status cannot be updated.
