Hi Experts,

Would like to reach out to you on how to solve this: getting "Category Name is required. Specify a value for the field. (POR-2010313)" when creating a PR using SmartForm-built template.

Please refer to below 2 screenshots, that I've duly tried with amending the configuration in "Manage Information Templates" > Category Associations, to add a PO category to it and saved, but still in vain.

May I ask how to fix it exactly? Where to amend the configuration?
