Would it be possible that Recruiters can receive a notification each time a candidate

Would it be possible that Recruiters can receive a notification each time a candidate is receiving an automatic email from Oracle Recruiting when they are moving through the different phases/stages of the recruiting process (including onboarding module). If not, is this possible to be available on the next releases?
