Capture Revenue details for Inter org transfers within same BU

We have a scenario where we need to transfer the Finished goods from inventory org A to inventory org B within the same BU.

Org A will perform the manufacturing and incur a cost of 2000 USD.

While transferring the goods to Org B, Org A needs to add a gross margin of 1800 USD, So the total revenue for Org A will be 3800 USD.

So, while transferring the goods, how can we capture the revenue and Margin for Org A in JE.

Can we capture the revenue generation through Transfer order?

Can we have a zero-dollar sales order created to capture the revenue generation? (Note – This is not a intercompany transfer)
