Where exactly we can find the field "ConcatLeafName" ?

We ran the SCM-Helper tool in our instance, and the report output indicates that a specific field has been personalized.

However, we are unable to locate this field in the classic page.

If anyone can assist in identifying where this field is available in both the classic page and RSSP, it would be greatly appreciated.
