How to restrict reschedule recommendation for transfer orders in interfaced status

We have WMS integrated with Oracle Fusion Inventory. Our transfer orders get interfaced to WMS immediately when the order gets created.

However, Supply Planning suggests recommendations to reschedule In or reschedule Out these orders when demand changes. Whenever planners release these recommendations, the request fails in SCO with the message - "Error: The update cannot be processed because this line has already been interfaced."

Is there a way that interfaced orders can be restricted from receiving a reschedule or cancel recommendation? This looks like a problem that customers must be having if they have WMS integrated with Fusion SCM - Any help or suggestions on how this can be solved?
