Automatic Journey Assignment after 14 days since Hire vs Manual Assignment of a Journey

Hello Team,

I have a Journey which will assign to the Person after 14 days of Hire. It is working fine.
When we try to assign the same Journey to a Person manually, it is not immediately assigning, then Manual assignment also reflecting after 14 days.

Don't we have this option, where Journey assigns immediately for Manual assignment.
If not, how can we achieve this?
