Oracle Field Service - The Manage Configuration.

Summary:

From the manage gant view, how do you configure the information displayed on the activities?

From the admin user type view of the manage, the activities have the post (zip) code and activity type displayed. When I add the manage to our field technicians user type no information is displayed on the activities. Is there a way to change this and display other information, such as account name, address details etc?

Another query is that when you select one of the technicians from the manage the route option is available for the technician selected. This enables the user to then access that technicians route and make changes within it. Is it possible to hide the route option or disable the route option here?
