    Summary:

    I receive an error when I open the workspace login of an APEX on an always free instance.

    What can I do to fix this?

    There is a problem with your environment because the Oracle APEX files are not up-to-date! The files for version 24.1.0 have been loaded, but 24.1.7 is expected. Please verify that you have copied the images directory to your application server as instructed in the Installation Guide.

    Version (include the version you are using, if applicable):

    APEX: 24.1.7

    ORDS: 24.3.2.312.1009

    DB: 19c

    This all runs on OCI always free autonomous database
