AR Approval Workflow Related

Hi Team

Recently we got AR Approval Workflow in 24D release (for imported 25A release), however, have below concerns-

  1. Approvals are not getting triggered on Bell Notification & to approver emails as well
  2. Not able to find placeholder to write exceptions (want to remove self approval if one person in team has approval privilege also). What is the name in BPM for AR approval?
