Intelligent Account Combination Defaulting is not defaulting any account

Summary: Configuration is completed in a TEST environment. and I tested and the distribution account is not defaulting.

a) User Category

b) The custom role is setup for the user 

c) Use name and password is saved in Oracle Business Intelligence

d) P2T refresh is manually updated in AI Apps for ERP Connection page

Testing and no default account.
