AI Feature- Intelligent Account Combination not Defaulting account combination

We enabled Intelligent Account Combination, but it is not populating account code combination, we are facing this for multiple customers.

Is there any wide spread issue gng on?

We created BIP role, BIP user, model is in trained status, enabled opt-in feature and entered promotion code but orange border line is not coming on code combination field and account combination is not defaulted. Please help.
