Unable to search/add items from redwood Sales Order creation pa

Summary:

We have 25A on our demo instance and working on exploring some of the AI Enabled Features within SCM

Enabled the Sales Order creation through Redwood page, to check "Email document" functionality

However, unable to create the line items for SO because the items doesnt show up in LOV , nor able to manually key in

But the normal (regular) Sales Order page works as usual
