Is it possible for requesters to receive a FYI notification once PO has been approved

Hi,

End user requisitioners would benefit from receiving an FYI notification once their requisition has been converted into a purchase order and approved. This would save them having to manually search for their requisition to see if an order number is linked to the requisition and ultimately been approved and sent out to the supplier.

Does anyone currently receive FYI notification like these?
