You can't publish your sandbox now because you haven't yet made any changes in it.

Has anyone got this issue already?
You create a sandbox, go to App Composer and made a few changes (in my case, I changed few scripts, created a webservices definition and added a field to a layout), and then when you go to the sandbox details page, there is NOTHING listed on the Sandbox Chages.

You click the "Publish" button and get the error:
"You can't publish your sandbox now because you haven't yet made any changes in it."

This is really really annoying, and has happend several times now.

Any tips on how to avoid this?
Any idea about when this will be fixed?
