Managing Requisition for Visa Sponsored Candidates

Summary:

When processing candidates that require visa sponsorship, our process it to move them to the offer phase and get a commitment prior to beginning the visa process. It is my understanding that this initial offer is a requirement from legal. Because we need to extend the offer, we are unable to use a pipeline requisition, which is why we are using CSP workflow which is also used on our standard requisition. The VSP candidate remains on the VSP requisition in the offer phase, until the visa process is completed. Once the visa process is complete, they are them moved
