Credit Case folder approved, but orders still on hold
Hi,
We have come across a lot of orders that had credit case folders properly approved with Implement Recommendation and approved , but the orders still have a credit hold in place in Order Management.
The expectation is that if a credit case folder is approved, then the order will no longer be on a credit hold.
Can you please advise why the sales orders are not releasing the hold after approving the credit case folder.
