Can we restrict user to enter salary basis out of specific grade range?

Summary:

Can we restrict user to attach a pay basis out of a specific grade range in hcm oracle compensation? I configured a salary basis in hcm oracle fusion using Salary type: Salary Amount is determined by Simple Components. Is it possible that system automatically generates an error message when HR assigns wrong salary basis to user who is not in the grade range of salary basis. Please respond to this question as soon as possible.
