Talent Review: Remove Pending Worker profiles from being shown on dropdown lists

Summary: My Client Groups > Talent Review > Edit/Add > Meeting Participants & Meeting Review Population.

When a user is selecting Review Participants and Review Population. The Search and Select dropdown lists include values for Pending Worker profiles.

These values appearing on the Search and Select dropdown lists are inconsistent with the search results, as Pending Workers are NOT shown on the loaded list of results.

This is bug does not cause technical issues, as the Pending Worker cannot be selected and added.
Why do Pending Worker profiles show as selectable values on the Dropdown lists, but not shown in the results?

Are we able to Remove Pending workers from the Dropdown lists?
