Standard Plugin not reflecting in Add Plugin tab

Summary:

We have a situation with OFSC Test Instance : https://ofsc-9adc1f.test.fs.ocs.oraclecloud.com

There is no Option of Standard Plugin when we click on Add Plugin button on "Forms & Plugins". 

Since there is 25A update applied in the respective instance we found this change in behavior and with this changes we are also not able to see "Asset Details" standard plugin which was earlier installed in the instance in existing plugin list view.

 

We are trying to re-produce new feature of "Asset detail" plugin and encountered this issue.
