    Hi team, I tried making a supplier questionnaire report with the following tables :-

    POQ_QUESTIONS_B,

    POQ_QUALIFICATIONS,

    POQ_QUAL_RESPONSES,

    POQ_ALL_RESP_REPOS_VALUES_V

    Earlier these tables were working fine with all the vendors, but now there are data missing for most of the vendors.
