Campaign member status upsert function by Response rule
Hi,
Currently, we are attempting to integrate campaign members using the Response Rule, triggered by a form submission.
At present, if an Eloqua contact who has already converted once in a campaign converts again, an error message stating "Duplicate campaign member" is returned.
We plan to enable the "Upsert functionality for Campaign Responses" via an SR.
Once this feature is enabled, I understand the behavior will change to overwriting the existing record.
In this case, will this duplication error no longer be observed?
