How to get 'Holds and Approvals' visible when drilling down to payables invoice transaction ?

Manage Journals have drilldown functionality to see subledger transaction behind 'View Transaction' button.
When opening Payable Invoice transaction there is only Lines and Payments tab visible for invoice.
Customer would like to have ability to see also tab 'Holds and Approvals'.

How to get 'Holds and Approvals' visible when drilling down to payables invoice transaction ?
Tried to check personalization but didn't find a place to enable tab.

Customer would like to give Financial Analyst for external auditors and from there they could drill down to transaction details and they need to see the approvals as well.
