Is there a way to run an ad-hoc SaaS Usage drill through report?

We have recently gone live on Oracle Fusion ERP and our now reviewing our usage report. We have implemented a number of changes based on the findings but have no way of reviewing whether the changes are in fact mitigating the findings.

Is there a way of pulling a fresh copy of the usage report to validate the changes because it does not make sense to be waiting for the 3rd or 4th of every month before you know if you are in the clear from a licencing perspective.
