Is it possible to skip Manager's approval using supervisory hierarchy?

Summary:

Is it possible to skip the 1st level to what has been generated based on the PR. It should go directly to the next approver – Senior Manager and Up. We are using Employee Supervisory Hiearchy? Manager’s should not be included in the hierarchy.
