How to add user defined component under Payables> Invoices in Oracle fusion to display the count of Not validated invoices.

Attached the Screenshot below:

I have tried with activating the sandbox and went to Structure but didn't found the way to add the user defined Infolet tiles in given location.

Please let me know if there is any way to achieve it.
