How can we default the tax classification code based on the item selected in RSSP

How can we default the tax classification code based on the item selected in RSSP.

I have set the value at item master for 'Input Tax Classification Code' field, but when we create the requisition this value is not getting defaulted.

please let us know the correct setup for same.
