Why is OTBI not showing performance and potential box?

Summary:

We are reporting on ongoing talent review activities, however we have identified that some worker profile data is not updated despite being calibrated within the talent review.

Example, OTBI result for Performance and Potential Box is Null but review has worker placed in grid.
