Is it possible to rank/order queue resources
My client has a scenario where they have multiple resources assigned to a queue and are using automatic assignment via omnichannel. There will be a primary resource that they want to be auto assigned the service request, then only if that resource is at capacity will requests be assigned to the other queue resources. From the documentation I cannot see any mention that this is possible. Do any of you know if this is possible? And if so how to implement this?
