    Summary:

    Requirement

    We have a requirement to setup GL journal approval (using spreadsheet) and have the same threshold (1M USD) applied across all ledgers of various currencies

    Condition for approval rule: For any amount less than or equal to 1M USD approval should be routed to Group 1 while for any amount greater than 1M USD approval should be routed to Group1 followed by Group 2.

    Approach followed: For this we used the rule evaluation currency as USD and checked for the journal header entered amount with the condition for threshold having 2 blocks setup.

    Issue faced: Though the entered amount 800516 in GBP is more than 1M USD (100645)as per conversion rate (Corporate) with rate GBP to USD as 1.25 the approval is routing to only Group 1, while it has to route to Group 1 followed by Group 2 instead
