new purchase requisition approval rule not getting reflected in por_amx_rules table.

We have created a new purchase requisition approval rule which is not getting reflected in por_amx_rules table.So what is the main table to get details of requisition approval rule? Alos we have done some modification of existing requisition approval rule, those are also not getting reflected in por_amx_rules table, only old records are showing. Is there any other table to get all these requisition approval rules information?
