RSSP Enable the Responsive Version as the Default Self Service Procurement Application

Summary:

Please clarify our understanding on below;

1. when we enable this feature, then RSSP would be available to all the users by default and it does not require to create any custom role and assign privileges?

OR

2. After enabling we still have to create the custom role and assign privilage 'Manage Requisition with Responsive Self Service Procurement Application privilege' and run the ESS jobs.
