Unable to increase subscription price through Import management

Summary:

We are trying to increase subscription price through Subscription Charge Adjustment Import Object, when trying to do same we are encountering the problem "The data couldn't be imported. Details: You don't have the required permission. You can request that your help desk change your security settings. Contact your help desk. (FND-14)." User is already having Subscription specialist role with required data access. Could someone please guide.
