How to Access Oracle HCM Cloud User Activity Audit data via API or any method ?

Summary:

Customer has a requirement to track the activities logs data performed by HCM Cloud User via API or any other method. They are interested to fetch the user events/activities like what time user login , what modules user has accessed ,what activities user has done ..,what time user logout..etc and audit logs through REST API Or any other method. Please suggest if any such mechanism available.
