YTD Payroll Register Report in Excel does not match report in PDF

Summary:

We ran the Payroll Register Report using Excel output for 2024 to get a total for employer match to give to our accounting group. The payroll manager ran the same report using PDF output and the totals do not match. Has this happened with anyone else? I opened a SR, but I am hoping that someone else has had a similar situation and can point me in the right direction on how to figure out what's going on.
