Check Eligibility – Performance Document Not Displayed

Hello,
We have encountered an error in our PROD environment. Despite multiple attempts to find a resolution through online resources, consulting with administrators, and seeking advice from Oracle experts, we have been unable to resolve the issue.
The error occurs when a user with Administrator, HR, or Admin-level permissions attempts to process an employee's eligibility for a specific evaluation form.
Steps to repud:
- My Client Group
- Meet & Talk
- Performance Eligibility
- Search and select the relevant employee
- Check Eligibility
- Choose the relevant period
- No option available in the Performance Document field
Note: this issue arises only for a single specific employee. Therefore, we assume the problem is specific to this employee rather than a system-wide issue.
