how to use user based currency conversion rate in oracle fusion in sales order.

Summary:

In my project, client wants to give the currency conversion rate and based on that input sales order price should get calculated.

We are creating these orders via Oracle standard API and customer expects sales order price to be calculated based on the rate given in payload.

Also, pricing in our case, is a custom screen developed in PAAS.

Though I have defined pricing strategy for testing purpose and used currency conversion list with conversion type as GL sourced and not fixed.

But getting one or other issues.

Pricing : The price wasn't determined because currency from INR to CAD couldn't be converted using the general ledger.
