Error Message on Talent Profile - stuck transaction
Summary:
Hi there,
Somehow a transaction approval has become 'stuck' and we can't make any further actions on the Classic View Talent profile without receiving an ADF_FACES-60097 error message. I have checked Transaction Console and there is no approval that is pending action.
Could anyone please provide some assistance as to how we clear this approval so the user can use the page again? I have tried adding a brand new record to see if it will 'tweak/refresh' the page but this has not worked.
We are also unable to 'Edit' the record from the Redwood Talent Profile Pages (screenshot @#2)
