OTBI report showing data, but filter doesn't show values
Summary:
OTBI report is showing data when ran wide open (All Column Values), but when the users open the filters there is only a NULL value available.
Since the report is querying data, the user has sufficient access to the data.
User with high level of access do not have this issue.
