How Does Constraint-Based Planning Handle Resource Overload with Different Routings?

Hi,

I have a scenario where we have two routings with the same set of resources but different operational items. In this case, how does the constraint-based planning work if the resources become overloaded?

Additionally, I have a doubt about whether the system checks the routing or the BOM in the constraint-based planning process.
