Ability to collect MRP item Maintenance work order quantities in Demand Management

Summary:

I need to design a solution for an Oil & Gas customer which requires to collect and forecast the item quantities consumed in maintenance work orders. While running the seeded collections to collect the consumed quantities from maintenance cloud, I am able to collect the consumed quantities for items which have planning method as Replenishment planning. However, maintenance work orders for the items with MRP Planning method do not get collected in demand management or plan inputs (Collected Measure Data).

If the planning method is made replenishment planning then the item consumption gets collected as dependent shipments history. However, the item is not available for supply planning thus defeating the purpose.
