Smartview account description truncating
Summary:
The customer has identified that the account description in Smart View (ESS) is truncating to 80 characters. This is making account identification by name impossible. Is this expected behaviour or can we adapt settings to extend the character limit?
I can't find anything that suggests this is expected behaviour and haven't come across this previously. Nor can I locate any documentation that suggests there is a setting to amend this. Hoping someone here has come across this and can provide guidance.
