My instance has been disabled, is there a way to reenable it?

I received an email saying my instance had been disabled today, I went to check my notifications and it had this information:

I'm not sure why it detected unusual activity since I'm not aware of it myself, I also saw that it was caused on port 22, this is weird since that is the port for ssh. In the last couple of days i was working on a project and used visual studio code to do so, i connected it with the server and i found out that that also used port 22, is it possible it detected visual studio code server as unusual activity? Is there a way to reenable the instance or download the data from the boot volume? I
