How to restrict HR Help Desk Agents from viewing service requests created by other LE employees
Hello Experts,
We have a requirement where we need to restrict HR Help Desk Agents from viewing service requests created by other LE employees
For example: Service request number 2234 was created by an employee from Legal Employer of ABC. So service request number 2234 should not be visible to Legal Employer of XYZ HR Help Desk Agents.
Has someone come across such requirement? How to achieve this, can someone please help me?
