How to Trigger the "Item Import" ESS job with parallel run option from an OIC integration service

We are unable to run the "Item Import" job with the "Process Sequentially" parameter from the OIC integration. We need to submit multiple "Item Import" jobs simultaneously, but the OIC integration is not recognizing the "Process Sequentially" parameter value of 'N' to execute the jobs in parallel.
