Employee unable to see any content sections in Skills and Qualifications

Summary:

Employee unable to see any content sections in Skills and Qualifications using navigation —> Login —> Me —> Skills and Qualifications icon.

However, if the same employee use navigation —> Login —> Me —> My Public Info —> Show More —> Skills and Qualifications, employee able to see licenses and certifications, education history etc.

I checked manage profile content access and these content sections have employee role access for view and edit and employee role has view person skills and qualifications privileges' as well.

Anyone has inputs?
