OTBI - Read Only Mode

Summary:

I have a service account that is set to Read Only Mode within Fusion, however when navigating into OTBI the account is no longer in read only mode and can edit, create, and modify reports, folders, and data models.

Is it possible to keep the account in read only mode in OTBI without having to modify the permissions on each folder, report, and data model?
