In Oracle Fusion Expense, the expense report can be numbered by using a predefined prefix, while the running numbers are quite "random" and have gaps even between 2 following expense reports.

Learnt from the previous support ticket (https://support.oracle.com/support/?anchorId=&documentId=KB92738&page=sptemplate&sptemplate=km-article) that the running number is used across the board by many application for many objects?
